Forgotten Harvest is a Detroit-based nonprofit organization that specializes in the recovery of surplus or discarded food that it donates
to food pantries, homeless shelters, soup kitchens and other community
organizations. Our Volunteers including children above age 12, helped in re-packing surplus perishable food into family size portions that was delivered to 280 emergency food providers in metro Detroit.
