What will be the format and roster requirements for each sports?

Here are the high-level formats for each of the sports events;:

 

• Roster
  • Team/SportsSizes
    • Total Max 30, Min 20 
      • 4 females on the team
    • Volleyball – On Court 6 
      • 2 females on court
    • Basketball – On court 5
      • Female – 1
      • Max of 10 people per game
    • Cricket – field 8, 10 over
      • 1 female needs to bat and field
    • Soccer/flag football – field 11 (soccer) or 7 (ff)
      • FF offense – 3 lineman, 3 receivers, 1 QB
        • 1 female on the field
      • Soccer
        • 2 females on the field
