What is Rap7 Ball?
RaP7 ball game is an innovative hybrid of Baseball and Cricket, played using rules taken from both of these popular sports and using common safety gear.
RaP7 is founded by Mr. Rajan Paul, who is an avid sports enthusiast, innovator and entrepreneur from Detroit, MI.

Who is allowed to participate?

Can females participate in Sportsfest?
Sportsfest is a co-ed tournament. Female participation is required; all teams have minimum on-field requirements for each game. Teams must have a minimum of 4 female players and will need 1 or 2 (depending on the sport) female to be on court/field during play.

How will the teams be selected?
There will be teams registering as a full unit. Those registering individually may be added to an existing team and/or added to a newly formed team.

Do I need to be a Kerala Club member participate?
You do not need to be a member of Kerala Club, but all players must be from the Metro Detroit area. If you register as a full team, a certain number of players must be of Malayalee origin.

Will I be required to play every sport?
No. Every player will have different strengths and preferences in sports. The team will formulate and consider those wishes. Some might want to play only one sport, while others play multiple sports/events. Is there a registration fee?
A registration fee of $1200.00 per team to compete in all sportsfest events. Average cost per player will vary depending on your team size.

Can I register a full team?
You may register an entire team, provided they participate in all sporting events. If registering as a team, the team must have a minimum of 20 players and a maximum of 30 players.Each team must have female players and 80% of the entire team must be of malayalee orgin.
